I contacted Mytrip.com’s live chat for assistance, only to learn that the support team isn’t even part of the company. This shocking revelation explains why they are incapable of resolving any issues. The responses were slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, leaving me frustrated and stuck without a solution.

It’s unacceptable for a company to outsource support to a team that lacks the authority or ability to address customer concerns. I strongly regret using Mytrip.com and recommend booking directly through airlines instead of relying on such poorly managed third-party platforms. Mytrip.com must reevaluate its customer service strategy and ensure real, effective support for its users.
