Trendyol Suspended My Account After Returning a Faulty Product Without Any Warning

Since I started using Trendyol, I’ve always been careful about the products I return and purchase. If a product is damaged, and I believe it to be faulty, I first inquire and then proceed with the return. I experienced a similar situation again where the company I bought the product from did not provide me with enough information and claimed I made too many returns, despite my asking them twice about the product. They reported me to Trendyol as if they were completely in the right, and without any questions or investigation, Trendyol suspended my account. I do not believe this is fair because I don’t think I’m in the wrong. Suspending my account suddenly, while the other company appears blameless despite all the information being recorded, is truly absurd.
