Trendyol Lost My Dresses, Account Blocked, Unfair Treatment
I am a frequent shopper at Trendyol. I purchased a few dresses, but unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. I returned them. There was a mix-up with the cargo company, resulting in the dresses being sent to the wrong companies. As a result, they decided to return the dresses to me. I contacted Trendyol and was informed that your shopping has been temporarily halted due to security concerns. Unfortunately, we are unable to proceed with our business under these circumstances. I purchased a dress that I never received. I feel that Trendyol has taken advantage of me and profited unfairly. I am expressing my dissatisfaction. I would like this matter to be resolved promptly. In addition, the cargo company was neglected despite being their own.
