I Was Disappointed with Trendyol's Repeated Return Rejections

I've never encountered such a lack of concern from any company's customer service as I have with Trendyol. It's quite disheartening. Trendyol hosts a variety of stores that frequently send out incorrect products. Unfortunately, instead of taking action to address this issue or hold the sellers accountable, they choose to ignore it. It's incredibly frustrating when there's a lack of support during challenging situations. If you have a problem, it can be quite challenging to find someone who is genuinely willing to assist you. It seems like they continuously avoid addressing your concerns or providing a clear response. I've had my return rejected for the third time now, and when I call customer service, they inform me that they are unable to assist me with the issue. This is extremely aggravating and completely unacceptable. Trendyol's customer service and problem-resolution methods are extremely unsatisfactory, making it difficult for me to recommend this platform to anyone. If they fail to address these concerns and prioritize their customers, they will undoubtedly suffer a significant loss of trust and business.
