Trendyol Order Came Damaged, Return Mixed Up, I Got Someone Else's Refund

I bought the product with delivery number 8504109469 from the Trendyol seller and it arrived damaged. I returned it to the Trendyol courier company with the return code. I bought it from a different seller at the same time. I returned a product with delivery number 8484275214 by providing the correct return code. The courier mixed up the return codes of two products and returned them to the wrong seller. One of the seller deposited the refund amount of the product with delivery number 8484275214, and the product was sent to me in my hand. I explained the situation to Trendyola many times and asked for a refund for the other product with delivery number 8504109469, but the seller refused the refund, saying things like "we cannot reach them" and saying "use your legal rights". I do not have the product, it is not clear where the courier sent it. I did not return the product incorrectly. Trendyol's own courier sent the product incorrectly. This should be Trendyol's responsibility. I was a victim, I neither have the product nor they did not refund my money, please 🙏🏻 ensure my urgent refund. I don't understand how irresponsible this is.
