Trendyol Refused My Return for a Defective Product and Sided with the Seller

The seller on Trendyol sent me faulty goods, and I ended up having to return it. They refused to take it back, fixed it, and then shipped it back to me after I tried to return it. When dealing with a faulty product, I did not anticipate this. Customer care from Trendyol has been completely unhelpful; rather than helping to resolve the situation, they have taken a stand with the vendor. My faith in a corporation that I had high hopes for has been betrayed. Their unwillingness to guarantee the quality of the things offered on their platform is somewhat annoying. Until my issue is rectified, I will continue to share my experience on various platforms and ask that my issue be appropriately addressed. Avoid Trendyol at all costs if you value respectable customer service.
