Customer care from Trendyol has been completely unhelpful; rather than helping to resolve the situation, they have taken a stand with the vendor. My faith in a corporation that I had high hopes for has been betrayed. Their unwillingness to guarantee the quality of the things offered on their platform is somewhat annoying. Until my issue is rectified, I will continue to share my experience on various platforms and ask that my issue be appropriately addressed. Avoid Trendyol at all costs if you value respectable customer service.
