Travelocity Bombarded My Inbox With Irrelevant Emails
Right after I signed up on your site, you bombarded my inbox with emails yet you forgot one important one, our reference snumbers!! could you please stop sending so many junk emails? It feels a little too much now. To figure out where our seats were going to be, we had to call the airline and go through the whole automated menu trick, had to hack our way as you didn’t do your job propoerly in the middle of all those extras you advertised so proudly, just a simpel feedback from me to you if you’re willing to take of course, let's slow down the email storm and make sure that important things, like reference numbers, don't get lost again.
