Booking.com Listing Disappeared After Payment – No Refund or Support
I'm writing to let you know how really disappointed and frustrated I am about a major problem I came across on your site. Using Booking.com, my family and I reserved and payed for hotel in Rome, Italy for February 17–22.
But we began to question the validity of the listing following the payment. Shockingly, the property vanished entirely from Booking.com—it was kicked off the platform following payment.
I emailed Booking.com several times right away, but nobody answered. How can a phoney property be advertised, taken money, then vanish without anyone else knowing? Booking.com has to answer for a major security issue whereby scammers may operate on its site.
Six days before our vacation, we so find ourselves without lodging and Booking.com declines to help us. I want a quick refund and rely on Booking.com to make sure other consumers are not victims of these frauds. Fix this now!
