TP-Link Modem Breaks, Customer Service Stubbornly Does Not Change It

The TP-Link Archer VR300 modem, which we bought brand new to renew the modem of our 10-year-old modem, has been constantly disconnecting since the day we bought it, the DSL light goes out, it comes back after a while, we try it many times, it works fine on the old modem, TP-Link Archer VR300 modem it's breaking. Even though we sent it to TP-Link for warranty 2 times, they say there is no problem as if they are kidding and they send it back. There are dozens of the same complaints on the forums and on this site, they say that the modem has not been fixed without changing, they still say there is no problem, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court.
