TP-Link TL-WPA4220KIT Powerline Kit Fiasco and Unresponsive Customer Service
I purchased a TP-Link TL-WPA4220KIT AV600 300 Mbps 2.4 GHz Powerline Kit 2-Pack from Amazon on July 24, 2021. I had no idea what was in store for me. After a while, I noticed significant slowdowns and frequent device disconnections. I tried several times to contact TP-Link Customer Service, only to be stuck in a loop of repeating my information as the "next in line." Despite the fact that the product box advertises a 3-year warranty, I am unable to contact any department within the company. As a dissatisfied customer, I'm left dealing with device problems and an unresponsive customer service system. It's disheartening to see a warranty claim fall through when help is most needed.
