I purchased a ZyXEL VMG3625-T50B modem, and just a few hours after using it, the connection dropped. Initially, I thought it was an issue with my internet provider, but after contacting them, they confirmed that the internet was stable and suggested the problem was with the modem. I sent the modem in for warranty service, as instructed, with just the box. However, 15 days later, they returned it saying it lacked an RMA number. Now I can’t even get the RMA number when I call. I didn’t even get 10 hours of use out of this modem. I’m stuck with a brand-new modem that doesn’t work, and I’m sure if I send it back, they’ll say there’s no issue again. ZyXEL has been a huge disappointment—I have the product, but can’t even use it!
