Superonline Fiber Internet Constant Connection Drops and Slow Speed

I use the Superonline fiber internet service and have been facing connection issues for a long time. I have encountered the same problem multiple times before; although the modem was replaced, they installed the same model again, and the issue persisted. The connection problems occur randomly, and my internet access is frequently interrupted. Today, the modem suddenly slowed the internet speed drastically and then disconnected completely. It now keeps resetting itself intermittently, leaving me with no internet access at all. I have contacted customer service numerous times, but they only create fault reports without providing a permanent solution. I have never had any issues with payments or billing; the problem lies entirely with the connection. I expect Superonline to resolve this issue permanently and provide a stable fiber internet service. My customer number is 54901879, and I request that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
