My New Toyota C-HR Keeps Pulling Right Despite Multiple Service Visits

In June 2025, I purchased a brand-new Toyota C-HR. At only 500 km, the front shock absorbers turned out to be defective and had to be replaced under warranty.
The vehicle is now at approximately 13,000 km, and it pulls strongly to the right whenever I press the accelerator. I have been taking the car to Toyota Otojen service center in Konya regarding this issue. However, despite visiting twice with the exact same complaint, I have not been able to convince the technician that the vehicle is pulling to the right. Each time, they simply perform a wheel alignment and balancing adjustment and send me away.
Since purchasing the vehicle, I have gone to the service center five or six times for various issues and repeated complaints. I am exhausted and frustrated because my problem still has not been properly diagnosed or resolved.
I request that Toyota thoroughly inspect my vehicle, identify the actual cause of the steering and pulling issue, and provide a permanent solution under warranty instead of repeatedly performing temporary alignment adjustments without resolving the underlying problem.
