Toyota Sold Me a Car With EPB Issues and Is Not Providing Proper Support
The Toyota Corolla 1.5 Dream Xpack that I bought from "Mardin Toyota Plaza Timurağaoğlu" on July 3, 2024. The car had a problem with the EPB system after only 500 kilometers, and it has been stuck in the service center ever since. No one seems to be working on the problem, even though I've tried to get information or help. Toyota Turkey hasn't talked to me or helped me in any way, which is especially annoying since the car is almost brand new. To make things even worse, they are now asking for the new car back that they never even gave them. Everything has been so hard, and I really wish I hadn't chosen Toyota. They need to step up and fix this problem fast, I hope.
