I am absolutely outraged with my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid and the abysmal service I've received! I bought this brand-new car in late December 2022, and now, just 2.5 years later, it's a complete lemon. One morning, the car simply wouldn't start—the electric battery was dead. The service center claimed the system wouldn't allow a full refresh, so they just charged it and sent me on my way.
Two days later, the exact same problem! Dead battery, same excuse. We insisted they install a new battery, which they finally did. But guess what? Three days after that, the car died again, and they still can't pinpoint the cause. My car has been stuck at the service center since May 12th, and frankly, nobody seems to care about my predicament. They've strung me along for a month with pointless excuses, wasting my time.
Now, they're saying the entire computer module needs to be replaced, and it has to come all the way from Japan, pushing the repair until the end of July. My car only has 25,000 km on it, and it clearly deserves to be replaced, but apparently, that's not an option in Turkey. It's infuriating that a giant like Toyota would immediately replace a faulty vehicle in its own country, but here, we're left to suffer through endless delays and incompetence.
I'm warning you, Toyota, I will take both Toyota Turkey and Toyota Japan to court if necessary. No one has the right to cause this much distress and inconvenience to a customer. Fix my car or replace it, now!
