Starting Motor Failed on my Toyota Corolla 1.5 Dream Multidrive S
Sakarya Toyota Sandikci sold me a brand-new Toyota Corolla 1.5 Dream Multidrive S on March 24, 2021. The car had a non-start problem on October 15, 2023. The car was returned to Sakarya Toyota Sandikci service a few days later, claiming to be repaired. However, it failed to start the following evening. The service department retrieved the car once more, this time indicating a starter motor failure and presenting a bill for 12,000 liras for a replacement starter motor. The car then failed to start the following day and has been at the service center for fourteen days. They stated that the fault could be related to the installed mandatory LPG system and that any expenses incurred as a result of this issue would not be covered under warranty, potentially costing at least 50,000 liras. Despite having performed maintenance at authorized services until 70,000 kilometers, the official service team refuses to recognize the vehicle's warranty at 80,000 kilometers. I've seen a lot of similar complaints on the website "sikayetvar.com." Toyota vehicles, it appears to me, are no longer manufactured with the expected quality, and Toyota fails to stand behind its products. I am now pursuing legal action for the monetary and emotional harm done to me.
