I purchased a Toyota Corolla 1.5 Dream X-Pack Multidrive S on June 5, 2024. On August 5th, when the vehicle had reached 2000 km, it started stuttering and broke down on the road. The same day, various error messages appeared on the vehicle’s screen, including EPB malfunction, driving start control malfunction, engine malfunction, secondary collision brake system malfunction, and system malfunction.
I managed to get the car to the service center with great difficulty. On August 7th, the service center updated the software and claimed the issue was resolved before returning the car to me. However, after driving just 3-4 km, the same error messages appeared, and the car started stuttering again. This time, I returned the car to the dealership without turning it off. The dealership conducted checks, tightened sensor heads, and assured me that the issue was fixed, returning the car to me on August 13th.
