My Touché Privé Refund Is Overdue and Customer Service Isn’t Responding

On June 25, 2025, I purchased a burgundy dress with the code 25y3fım003 from the Touché Privé website under order number #801526. I returned the item within the return period, no later than July 24, using Touché Privé’s contracted shipping company and the return code provided on their website. However, to this day, I have not received any positive or negative response, and my refund has not been issued.

I emailed customer service on July 24 and was told that I would receive a response within 14 business days, but that period has long passed and I still have not heard anything back. I also tried calling customer service, but the calls were never answered.

I request that the $44 refund I paid by credit card be processed as soon as possible and that I be provided with clear information regarding the status of my refund.
