Touché Privé Did Not Refund My Dress Return for 3 Months

They made the payment. They called today and explained the cause of the issue. It was quite late, but the problem was solved.

On June 18, I ordered the dress with code 799598 from Touché Privé. The product was sent in the wrong size, defective, and not the item I had ordered. On June 30, I requested a return, which was approved, but even after 3 months, my refund of ₺2,741 has still not been processed. Each time I contacted customer service, I only received replies like “We will get back to you soon,” but no solution was provided. Since the item was both incorrect and defective, I exercised my legal right to request a return. My order number is 799895. I paid by credit card, and I have records of all correspondence. I demand that my refund be deposited into my account without further delay.

Dear Ms. Gizem, We regret to learn that the order number 799598 you placed on the Touche Prive website on 18.06.2025 was returned on 30.06.2025 because the wrong product was sent, and that, despite three months having passed, the refund has not been deposited into your bank account. The fact that the return process has taken this long and that your phone and e‑mail inquiries have not been answered is absolutely unacceptable. We fully understand the disappointment this has caused you and we apologize. We have checked the current status of your refund. We would like to inform you that the return process was completed on 12.09.2025, the refund has been credited to your credit card, and an informational message regarding the completion of your transaction has been sent to you. We also apologize for the communication problems and the delay you experienced, and we want you to know that we have implemented the necessary internal improvements to prevent such issues from recurring.
