On June 28, 2025, I returned the items from my #807780 order, which I had purchased from the Touché Privé website.
My return reached the seller on July 11, 2025.
My return shipping tracking number is 5185*******56. The items I returned included a 100% cotton oversized blue shirt and a navy pleated skirt–shirt set.
Although I was informed on July 16, 2025 that “the process has been initiated,” no refund has been issued to my credit card, even though four months have passed as of today. I completed the return process fully in accordance with the distance sales agreement. I am expecting a refund of $46 in total, but I cannot see the discount breakdown anywhere.
During this period, I contacted customer service three times by email. Each time, they apologized for the delay and claimed the process had started, yet I still received no results. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I have been left completely disadvantaged.
I request that my refund be issued immediately, that an apology be offered for the inconvenience I have experienced, and that compensation be provided for both my financial and emotional distress.
