Touché Privé Did Not Refund Me After I Returned My Order
In my order number 801384 from Touché Privé, I returned several items with the tracking number 5183*******26, which were delivered to you on 01.07.2025. Despite trying multiple times and waiting for a long time, I haven’t been able to reach anyone through your customer service number 08502550325. I also emailed you earlier and received the following response: “Once the returned items are received, they are checked and processed. We complete the refund within 14 business days at the latest. When the refund is issued, we notify you by email. After your return process is finalized, the payment will appear in your account depending on the bank's processing time. Your return has been delivered. Please wait.” However, more than 14 business days have passed and nothing has been resolved. What should I do now? For God’s sake, just inform me—do I really need to file a complaint to get a proper update?

In June, I returned the products I purchased online from Touché Privé and started waiting for a refund of approximately 6,000 lira for my order number 801384. However, the refund was deposited into my account only after about 3.5 months, on October 15. During this period, despite calling customer service multiple times, my calls were not answered and I could not get any support.
The fact that the return process took so long and that I was unable to communicate really upset and victimized me. Additionally, I was informed that the refund would only be processed after I sent an email stating that I had applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. During this process, I lost a lot of time and had to deal with unnecessary hassle.
I expect a sincere and proper apology from Touché Privé for the inconvenience they caused. I also recommend that other consumers in a similar situation should not hesitate to seek their rights and, if necessary, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board. No one’s money should be unfairly kept by someone else.
