Touché Privé Ignored My WhatsApp and Email Messages About My Refund

On May 20, 2025, I purchased multiple items from the Touché Privé website under order number #778850. I returned the products within the return period using the company’s contracted shipping service and the return code provided on their website. As shown in the attachment, the return reached the company on May 29. However, I have not received any positive or negative response, and my refund has still not been issued.

I contacted customer service repeatedly through WhatsApp and email. I was told that I would receive a response within 14 business days, but that timeframe has long passed and I still have not heard back. I also tried calling customer service, but no one answered the phone.

I request that the $202 refund I paid by credit card be issued to me as soon as possible together with the legal interest, and that I be provided with clear information about the status of the process.
