I Returned My Touché Privé Order Months Ago but Still Haven’t Received My Refund

In May, I purchased a dress from Touché Privé’s official website with order number 779519 and returned it mid-month by shipping it from Kayseri. After the return, I did not receive any notification or confirmation email. After waiting one month, on July 10, I emailed the brand because the refund still had not been issued. Their accounting department replied the same day, apologized for the delay, and said the refund would be processed as soon as possible. However, even though I emailed again in July, August, and September, I never received another response. I also tried calling customer service, but the line either disconnected or the wait times were so long that I couldn’t reach anyone.

Even though it is now November, the $36 refund I paid by credit card has still not been issued. Despite all my attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution, and my problem continues. I request that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
