We bought a Toshiba TV from the Migros Istanbul Merter store on 19.08.2024. When the service came and opened the box for installation, they noticed that the TV was broken and kept a report. They said that there was already a red label on the product and that they could not sell the product without making this warning. We delivered the product with the report of the store that purchased it and they said that they would contact the factory and initiate the return process. When we did not receive any news after 20 days, we called the store on the phone. The factory stated that we broke the product and that they would not refund the money. However, we have a report kept by Toshiba's official service. They do not take into account the official service reports of the brand. Now they are trying to get rid of the faulty product by putting a red label on the product and selling the broken TV at the price of a normal TV without any warning. The product already has a red label and they charge us for a good TV, now they say that you broke the product even though there is a label. Toshiba does not take back the product it sold to us faulty. Such nonsense cannot happen. They have our TV and the money right now. Such a situation does not suit a large company. Their victimization and apology are greater than their mistakes. We have applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. And we will take the issue to the court.
