TCL TV Panel Replacement Delay

On November 15, 2023, I took my malfunctioning TV for panel issues to the service center. After 3 weeks, it was returned with a refund-exchange report, yet no actual repairs had been made. Vatan Bilgisayar Buca, where I bought the product just 20 days ago, insists they can only issue a refund. TCL-Bilkom (Koç Holding) is not honoring the exchange report they issued. I'm forced to accept a refund from Vatan. Koç Holding, as the distributor, is failing to uphold consumers' rights for a like-for-like exchange of a defect-free product. Customer service is incredibly unresponsive, resembling an automated answering machine – no real engagement. It's been 2 months without my TV, and I had trusted Koç Holding's assurance. I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, with Bilkom not providing a defense for the past 20 days. This is a situation unworthy of Koç Holding's standards, leaving me TV-less for 2 months. I'm deeply disappointed and hope for a swift resolution.
