Toshiba Android TV Screen Defect

I purchased a Toshiba Android TV from the A-101 supermarket chain on August 3, 2023. Within a few days, a white light appeared on the screen, gradually growing in size. When we decided to contact the service, we were informed that the wrong model had been mistakenly installed, leading us to share our issue. Shortly after correcting the model, a 'no signal from the antenna' warning appeared on the screen. We checked the antenna input, replaced the LNB with a satellite technician, and realized the problem originated from the TV.
During the second visit from Vestel service, they claimed there was no issue with the TV but a problem with the antenna input, and charged us ₺200 for the service. On the second day, the TV failed to turn on due to the same antenna error. When we contacted the service, they insisted the issue was resolved, and the fee had been collected. Requesting a third service, we are now waiting for a refund of the paid service charge and the replacement of the TV.
I appeal to the authorities: Please, do not subject this community to further distress.
