Toshiba TV Had Screen Defects Twice but Service Denied the Issue



We noticed screen defects in the form of light beams on the Toshiba TV we purchased on the second day of use. We submitted a request, and after inspection, it was confirmed to be faulty, leading to a product replacement. However, the new unit also had similar screen defects, as seen in the video. We contacted customer service again and shared numerous photos and videos, but on 11.02.2025, we received a call stating that the technical service found no issues and that no action would be taken. This contradicts the previous statement from service personnel who had acknowledged the defect.
For those considering purchasing a Toshiba TV, our advice is to stay away. I will also share photos of the defect and will take this matter to the Consumer Court and pursue every legal way until we get our rights and our money back. We will not give up until we receive what we are entitled to.
