Torrid Boots Refund Delay Complaint
I purchased a pair of boots from Torrid's online store, with the intention of wearing them during the upcoming season due to their discounted price. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package and testing out the boots, I found them to be incredibly uncomfortable. The toe area felt uncomfortably snug, which made my big toe ache, and the shoes didn't have the same stylish appearance as they did in the pictures. I received a return label from customer service and promptly sent the boots back to the shipping company after two days. It has been a fortnight, and I am yet to receive my refund. The live chat support consistently provides me with repetitive responses, and my emails have gone unanswered. Why is it such a challenge to get in touch with a customer service representative? I would like a refund for my purchase. I have come across some discussions on forums where customers mentioned receiving gift cards instead of the refunds they requested. I'm not interested in that.
