Oofos Return Process Issues, No Refund Or Exchange Updates
The sandals I purchased were not comfortable, and unsurprisingly made the choice to make use of the 30-day free return policy, and again unfortunately, it's been more than two weeks, and I still haven't received any additional updates or confirmation regarding my refund or exchange order. followed the return process as instructed and sent back the sandals within the given timeframe. I got an email confirmation that my return was processed, which made me confident that my refund or exchange was coming. I've tried contacting multiple times through email and phone, but all I've gotten in response are generic replies that don't really address my specific problem. given the price of their products, why not hire few agents to offer us some real help? Based on the company's reputation and the positive reviews I've come across, def had higher expectations for the service.
