Pocket Option Account Blocked With No Clear Reason

I am writing to report that my Pocket Option account was suddenly blocked today, even though I have been using it only on my own phone and internet connection from Naalya, Uganda, without any previous warnings or problems. When I contacted your support team, I was told that I had violated the policy of agreement of offer, but no clear or specific explanation was provided that I could properly understand. I do not know which exact rule I am supposed to have violated, and I was not engaged in any unusual or suspicious activity on my account. This has caused my account to be blocked with a balance of approximately $10.4 still inside, and I currently have no access to it. I kindly request that you review my account in detail, explain clearly what has happened, and reactivate my Pocket Option account as soon as possible, with full access to my remaining funds. I expect a transparent clarification and a fair resolution of this situation.
