I Can’t Replace Tineco Floor One S5 Combo Plus Lid

I sent in my Tineco Floor One S5 Combo Plus to get the charging unit lid repaired, as it had a crack and break. I wasn’t even expecting it to be covered under warranty—fair enough. But to my surprise, they quoted me the price of the entire unit, saying the part can’t be sold separately. Worse yet, the price they gave me is even higher than current market value.
They also claimed there’s no spare part available, which is absolutely unacceptable for a major home appliance brand. If a small plastic piece breaks, does that mean I have to throw away a perfectly working machine? That’s not just absurd—it’s unethical.
To add insult to injury, my fully functional device was returned to me broken. Now it no longer takes in water, gives an error message, and was returned with a stain or mark (possibly paint?) on the body, which wasn’t there when I sent it. I have photo proof of the condition it was returned in.
How is it possible that a product this expensive has no available spare parts? It seems like you’re forcing consumers to buy a whole new machine instead of allowing minor repairs.
