Tineco Charged Me for Floor One S3 Repair Under Warranty
I purchased the Tineco Floor One S3 device three months ago, and shortly after, it began malfunctioning by repeatedly showing errors and shutting down on its own. This issue occurs regularly every time I use the device, and no warning codes or messages appear on the screen. I have not interfered with the device in any way during this time; in fact, I was initially very satisfied with its performance. I sent it to the service center under warranty, but I was told there was “liquid contact with the motor” and was charged ₺3,080 for the repair. I was never informed about what falls outside the warranty or the conditions for paid repairs. Additionally, I was asked to pay ₺1,000 just to have the device sent back to me without any repair. I believe I was inadequately informed about the warranty process and do not accept these charges. My device is still at the service center, and I object to being charged both for repair and return without any resolution. I request a clear explanation of what is covered under warranty, a re-evaluation of my case, and the cancellation of any fees for services not performed.
