Tineco iFloor 3 Motor Part Rusted Right After Warranty Ended

After using my Tineco iFloor 3 vacuum for about two years without any issues, I discovered that as soon as the warranty expired, a part used in the motor had rusted and deteriorated, causing the device to fail. I believe this component was intentionally made from a material prone to rusting and corrosion, and that is why the product became unusable the moment the warranty ended. The fact that the entire machine stopped working because of such a simple part is troubling both financially and in terms of product reliability.
After the issue appeared, I contacted the authorized service center and customer support. I was told that whether I shipped the product or delivered it in person, any repair would only be performed for a fee. I don’t think it’s fair for a problem like this—showing up immediately after the warranty expires and appearing to be a chronic design flaw—to be pushed onto the customer as an additional cost.
I request that Tineco provide the defective motor part for my iFloor 3 free of charge and offer the necessary support so I can restore my device to working condition.
