On July 28, 2025, I attempted to use the TheBestPDF app to convert a photo into a PDF file. Although I never started or approved any membership, my bank card was charged ₺1,599. At no point did I receive any warning, confirmation message, or request for consent. I am certain that I did not subscribe to any plan during the process.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has caused both financial and emotional frustration. Being charged for a service I never agreed to is completely unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect transparency and proper authorization before any payment is taken.
So far, I have not contacted TheBestPDF’s customer service team, but I am documenting this complaint here. I demand that the ₺1,599 wrongly taken from my account be refunded immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further with my bank and the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
I expect a full refund without delay and an assurance that no further unauthorized charges will occur.
