I attempted to use TheBestPDF service, but it never worked for me. Despite not being able to access or benefit from the service in any way, I later discovered that ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my account one month after my initial attempt. This charge was made without proper authorization, and it is unacceptable to be billed for a service that could not even be used successfully.
I never agreed to any hidden subscription, and I received no clear communication about recurring payments. The fact that the money was taken a full month later makes it even more suspicious and unfair.
I demand that TheBestPDF immediately refund the ₺1,599 charge and confirm that my account has been canceled to prevent any future withdrawals. Customers should not be charged for a service they could not use, especially without clear consent. I expect a prompt resolution and official confirmation of the refund.
