Tesla Model Y Roof Glass Crack Not Covered by Warranty

I purchased my Tesla Model Y in late 2023 and recently noticed a crack in the roof glass above the right door. I assumed this would be covered under warranty, but I was shocked when Tesla told me it wasn’t and gave me a repair cost estimate. They mentioned it could be handled through insurance, but why should I pay for a defect that’s not my fault? This is unacceptable, and I urge Tesla Türkiye to reconsider their stance. If not, I will pursue legal action to resolve this issue.
