I purchased a Tesla Model Y in late 2023, and by the 4th month, I noticed a crack on the roof glass above the right door. Assuming it would be covered under warranty, I didn’t worry and scheduled a service appointment. However, I was shocked when I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty, and they presented me with a repair cost. They suggested I claim it through my insurance, but I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a defect that I didn’t cause. This is unacceptable, and I urge Tesla Turkey to reconsider their stance on this issue. If not resolved, I will pursue my rights through legal channels.
