I Paid for Tesla Premium Connectivity But It Keeps Disconnecting and Support Hangs Up

I purchased the Premium Connectivity package for my Tesla, but the connection keeps dropping on its own without any reason. Today, I called customer support and had to wait on the line for 15 minutes before someone finally picked up. I tried to explain the issue, but the call quality was terrible—almost like the representative was working from home with poor reception. Then, without warning, they hung up on me.
When I called again, I didn’t even get a real person—just an automated voice saying, “We’re not providing service right now.” If you already have my number, how hard is it to call me back? Why should I have to jump through hoops just to get support for a service I paid for? This is Tesla—why does it feel like I’m chasing after basic support like I’m dealing with a low-tier company? I expect a full fix for the connectivity problem and better customer service. Please take this seriously.
