I am very frustrated with the experience I’ve had using the Temu app. Without my approval, the app automatically placed an order for an item that was sitting in my shopping cart. I immediately canceled the order and was informed that a full refund would be processed. However, it’s now been over two months, and I still haven’t received my refund.

Temu claims that the refund was processed and even provided me with a so-called reference number. But when I checked with my bank, they said the reference number provided by Temu is invalid and that no such transaction ever occurred. They also confirmed that if a refund had been made, it would clearly show up on my statement, which it hasn’t.

This situation has wasted a lot of my time and energy, and it’s completely unacceptable. I demand that Temu investigates this issue immediately and issues my rightful refund without further delay. No customer should have to go through this kind of runaround for a simple cancellation.
