Temu Has Not Refunded My Canceled Order After Two Months and Gives No Real Support

I asked for a refund after canceling my order from Temu, but even after two months of waiting, my money is still not back in my account. Reaching customer support is impossible, as every communication channel results in the same generic responses that fail to resolve the issue. I have reached out several times for an update, but the responses I get are just the same old information, leaving me with the impression that there isn't any genuine effort to address my situation. The delay in processing my refund is unacceptable, and the absence of adequate customer support only exacerbates the issue. I really wish I hadn't relied on this platform and will definitely reconsider before buying again. I anticipate that my refund will be processed without delay.
