On August 20, 2025, I placed an order on Temu (Order No: PO-203-08643174392951363) which included a jacket, necklace, and pen. The shipment was supposed to be delivered to my İzmir Gümüldür address via Aras Kargo. However, despite the time that has passed, I have not received my order, and no delivery has been made.
I reached out to both Temu customer service and Aras Kargo support, but I have not received any meaningful response or update about the delay. This lack of communication has caused me serious inconvenience and frustration, especially since I relied on this order being delivered on time.
I demand that Temu immediately resolve this delay, ensure my products are delivered without further excuses, and provide me with a clear update on the current status of my order. Customers should not be left in the dark after payment, waiting endlessly for a delivery with no accountability.
