I Didn’t Receive My Temu Order but Aras Kargo Marked It as Delivered

I placed an order on Temu, and according to the tracking information, Aras Kargo marked it as “delivered” on June 23. However, I never received the package. I personally went to the local Aras Kargo branch to report the issue, and at first, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. Only after I insisted did they acknowledge it and promise a refund.

Since June 25, they’ve been stringing me along, saying they would issue a refund—but it’s all talk, no action. It’s obvious they’ve lost the package and won’t recover it, so the least they could do is return my money.

This has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I want my ₺ refunded immediately. Temu and Aras Kargo, stand behind your services and stop misleading your customers.
