Temu Denied My Return Even Though I’m Within 90-Day Refund Period

Since October 10, 2025, I have been trying to return my Temu order (Order No: PO-203-07147469463671028). The item was delivered on October 7, 2025, has never been used, and even the original tag is still attached. I am well within Temu’s 90-day return window, yet I’ve been unable to complete the return.
When I went to the Aras Kargo Tunca Branch, which Temu directed me to use for the return, the staff told me there was a system error in Temu’s return process and refused to accept the package. Temu does not provide any alternative shipping option for returns, leaving me stuck with the product.
I reached out to both Temu and Aras Kargo for help. Aras Kargo claimed the issue was on Temu’s side, and Temu has not responded to any of my messages. As a result, I am now holding an unused product worth ₺1,341.88 that I cannot return, even though I have an active return code (YQCUL83G).
I request that Temu immediately resolve the system issue, allow me to complete my return, and ensure my ₺1,341.88 refund is processed without further delay.
