Temu Didn’t Ship My Order Since April 29 and Still Won’t Refund My Payment

I placed an order with Temu on April 29, 2025—order number PO-203-18366452874791230. As of today, I still haven’t received the item. Since May 2, the shipment tracking has shown no updates at all—zero movement. It’s like the package doesn’t even exist. Temu hasn’t provided any explanation, and the order is just stuck in limbo.

This is unacceptable. I demand that Temu either deliver the item to my address immediately or issue a full refund without any further delay. I paid in good faith, and now I’m being ignored. If I don’t receive my order or my money back today, I will begin legal proceedings and publicly share the details of this experience across every social media platform I can.
