On October 2, 2025, I placed an order on Temu for a black children’s dress (Order No: 5722*******23). It has now been 11 days, yet the item has not been delivered, and I was informed that the package is stuck in customs. I specifically ordered this dress for my daughter’s birthday on October 15, but despite repeatedly messaging Temu customer service and explaining the urgency, I received no real help or clear updates.
I do not wish to cancel the order because my daughter really wants this dress, and I don’t want her to be disappointed. I paid with my credit card, and my delivery address is in Fatih, Istanbul. Even though the order is still within the return period, such a long delivery delay is unacceptable.
I demand that the item be delivered no later than October 15, as originally planned, and I request that my grievance be resolved immediately.
