Temu Has Not Refunded My Money Even After 32 Days and Multiple Requests
It has been 32 days since I asked for a refund from Temu, and I have yet to see my money returned. Whenever I contact them, the customer representative expresses regret for the delay, yet I never receive a clear or satisfactory explanation regarding the situation. I’ve reached out several times, looking for a clear update or resolution, but I haven’t received any solid information. The absence of communication and follow-through is really exhausting me. Honestly, I'm at a loss for what else I can possibly do right now. I anticipated a certain level of responsibility or promptness from a service of this nature.
