Temu Has Not Refunded My 3 Payments Even After 36 Days of Waiting
Despite 36 days passing since my refund request for 3 payments, Temu still has not processed the refund. I have contacted customer service multiple times, hoping for a resolution, but each time I am met with vague responses. They promised me that the refund would be completed within 30 days, yet here I am, still waiting. Temu is a regret—if you don’t want your money to go to waste, do not shop at Temu. I even provided all necessary information and proof of payment, but it seems to make no difference. Customer service constantly stalls and cannot provide a clear answer, which is why I still haven’t received my refund after 36 days. It’s clear that Temu lacks transparency and accountability when handling customer issues.
