I accidentally placed an order on Temu on February 25 and canceled it just a few minutes later. It’s now March 28, and after 33 days, I’m still waiting for my refund. Whenever I contact them, I'm met with requests for more patience, yet nothing seems to improve. It feels like being stuck in a loop with no resolution in view. I was surprised that the process took so long for something as straightforward as canceling an order. What frustrates me the most is not only the delay but also the sense that I'm being kept in the dark without any clear answers or timeline. I truly regret my decision to use Temu and feel trapped, as it appears there’s no effective way to hold them responsible.
