Pocket eSIM Charged Me $87 Three Times Without Providing an eSIM
While trying to purchase a 30-day eSIM package for my trip to Greece, I made three purchase attempts through Pocket eSIM at around 9:15 AM on July 18, 2026. Since the system showed an error each time, I assumed that none of the purchases had gone through. However, when I later checked my account, I discovered that my card had been charged a total of approximately $87 in three separate transactions, even though no eSIM was provided to me.
I tried to contact Pocket eSIM through its live support service, but I have been kept waiting continuously without receiving any response or a solution to my problem. At this point, both the money I paid is missing and I am unable to use the service I was trying to purchase.
I request that all three charges made to my card be refunded immediately. Alternatively, if the transaction is going to be completed, I request that I be charged for only one package and that my eSIM be properly activated and provided to me. I kindly ask that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
