Temu Has Not Refunded My Money Despite My Immediate Refund Request

I realized I made an error with my order from Temu and promptly asked for a refund. The details indicate that the refund for my order from February 12th was expected to be credited to my card by February 19th. Yet, here I am, still waiting for my funds. I reached out to my bank to get clarity on the situation, and they informed me that Temu had not started any refund process. I contacted Temu’s customer service, but instead of receiving clear answers, I was met with vague responses that left me feeling frustrated. It seems like there's a lack of urgency, and I'm really frustrated with the situation. I truly regret my decision to choose Temu and hope no one else has to experience this frustration. All I want is a refund—why is that so difficult?
